MINING IN PERU: AN OUTLOOK FOR INVESTMENT

We were honored to have Mr. Roque Benavides, CEO and President of Minas Buenaventura S.A.A, as a speaker for "Mining in Peru: An Outlook for Investment". This was a panel program moderated by Alexandro Padrés and hosted at Shearman & Sterling in New York. 

"WHERE CHAOS REIGNS": DOCUMENTARY

"Where Chaos Reigns" is a Documentary by Braulio Jatar and Anais Michel about the Venezuelan migration crisis. The screening was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with the film director and moderated by the director of content at GZERO Media, Alex Kliment. This was the first screening of the documentary outside a film festival, as overall screening in New York City. It has been nominated and has won different awards in the Miami International Film Festival, the San Francisco International Film Festival and the Odense International Film Festival.

FASHION ON A MISSION

During our event Fashion on a Mission we explored the future by igniting a dialogue about the social and environmental impacts fashion has on our world and what we can do individually and collectively to improve them.  Colombian designers Josefina Muñoz and Christian Colorado shared their insights, experiences in this field and showed their latest creations. Our goal with Fashion on a Mission was to create an extraordinary event where we connected, educated, and inspired the belief that together we can make a change.

PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES IN LATAM WITH ALEJANDRO WERNER

The 20th of November we had an outlook of the Latin American region with the director, western hemisphere department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Alejandro Werner, and Samar Maziad, VP, senior analyst Sovereign Risk Group, Moody's, as our moderator.
