The future of Venezuela's energy industry is uncertain because of the crisis the country is undergoing. We hosted Luis A. Pacheco, President of the Board Ad Hoc of PDVSA as speaker, and our very own President of the Venezuelan American Association, Ana Julia Jatar, as moderator. Luis and Ana Julia dove into the vast challenges of Venezuela's oil industry and what a future recovery would look like.

Kelli Bissett-Tom of Fitch Ratings and José E. Gonzales of GCG Advisors examined the results of the major political conflicts in the country, compared Peru’s situation with other Latin American nations, and detailed the economic indicators.

Fashion on a Mission:
Promoting Social Responsibility and Sustainability in Fashion
During our Fashion on a Mission event we explored the future by igniting a dialogue about the social and environmental impacts fashion has on our world and what we can do individually and collectively to improve them. With the guidance of moderator Kika Rocha, Colombian designers Josefina Muñoz and Christian Colorado shared their insights, experiences in this field and showed their latest creations.
Our goal with Fashion on a Mission was to create an extraordinary event where we connected, educated, and inspired the belief that together we can make a change.
